3．投标人资格要求
3.1投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。
3.2投标产品制造商必须通过ISO9001或对等质量体系认证，并提供相应的证书复印件。
3.3投标产品制造厂商制造展成及成形磨齿机应有 5年以上经验，并且投标产品在中国大陆有不少于10 台业绩，提供用户清单及相应有效的证明材料（用户清单必须但不限于包括以下内容：用户名、型号、联系人、联系电话）。
3.4投标人必须在中国有良好的售后服务支持，如设备故障或损坏，能够在24小时内响应，在正常工作日内并且确定解决方案之后，72小时内到现场服务。

4．招标文件的获取

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
3.1 Bidders must be manufacturers or agents directly authorized by manufacturers, registered and purchased bidding documents with the bidding agency, and successfully registered on the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding.
3.2 The bidding product manufacturer must pass ISO9001 or equivalent quality system certification and provide corresponding certificate copies.
3.3 The manufacturer of the bidding product shall have more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing the gear grinding machine for exhibition and forming, and the bidding product shall have no less than 10 sets of performance in Chinese Mainland. The user list and corresponding valid certification materials shall be provided (the user list must include but not limited to the following contents: user name, model, contact person, contact number).
3.4 Bidders must have good after-sales service support in China. In case of equipment failure or damage, they must be able to respond within 24 hours and provide on-site service within 72 hours after confirming the solution on normal working days.

4. Acquisition of Bidding Documents
Potential bidders are required to purchase the bidding documents via email from 08:30 on 2026-6-10, to 17:30 on 2026-6-17. Upon confirmation of the supporting documents, pay the bidding document fees (provide payment proof (electronic receipt)). After verification, the electronic version of the bidding documents will be sent to the bidder's email.
